Orders & Acceptance

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the store currency at checkout and may change at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; XCARDSX does not store your full card details.

Product Conditions & Descriptions

Card conditions are assessed and described in good faith on each listing. Photographs of specific cards represent the actual item where indicated. Trading cards are collectible items; minor print variations from the manufacturer are not defects.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

All other site content, including our name, branding, and original text, belongs to XCARDSX.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XCARDSX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
